Borderline Folk Music Open Mic
Musicians and musician lovers: Come to the Borderline’s first annual OPEN MIC! Join us for an afternoon of fun and musical community. Admission and participation is FREE (donations gratefully accepted). Soft drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.

18 slots will be available, with each performer having up to ten minutes (including set up) or two songs. Sign up starts at 12:15; at 12:45 we will pick the order of performance “out of a hat”, so please be on time and plan to stay to support the other artists. There will be professional sound provided.

Our host will be Hudson Valley singer-songwriter Larry Kolker, who has run numerous open mics and song circles, including the jam circles at the 2015 Clearwater Festival and the 2016 Take Me to the River Festival.

Come sing and play. Bring friends and family. Hear some of the awesome local musicians who make the open mic scene. We want the Borderline to be involved in the local community and you to be involved in the Borderline. Open mic performers will be considered for future shows as well.

Questions? contact Greta at intrend@yahoo.com. Supported by the Friends of the Nanuet Public Library.
