Come celebrate the release of our new Tribes Hill compilation CD, "We're All Here", at our Annual Meeting!!!

Tribes Hill Annual Meeting, Hootenanny & CD Release Party Saturday, June 12

The event begins with an open mic. Potluck dinner will be followed by a short business meeting with elections for officers and new board members. The evening will continue with performances by some of the Tribes Hill artists represented on our new compilation CD. We will finish the evening around the fire for a song circle. The focus of this event is community, celebration, great music and delicious food.

Open mic sign up begins at 12pm. Performances are from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. All members are invited to participate.

We ask that everyone attending bring a food contribution to share. Please let us know what dish you will be bringing by signing up on our bulletin board page. We will provide breakfast for volunteers and for dinner burgers vegetarian and non-vegetarian, hot dogs, rolls condiments, water and lemonade. BYOB

Sustainability is fun! In an effort to Reduce Reuse and Recycle we ask that everyone bring their own something to drink from. If you like you can join our cup swap! Bring a mug or cup to donate. The wackier and weirder the better!

We will be holding elections for new board members after dinner. This is your opportunity to volunteer to fill open seats on the Board and to vote for board members of your choice.

After the meeting we will enjoy performances by some of the the many artists represented on our new double CD compilation, "We're All Here". In addition I am inviting members who have released a CD within the last six months to join us on the stage. If you are interested in performing email Rick at fmrock @ live. com.

Please remember that this is a members only event and that annual membership dues ($15 individual $25 family/band) will be collected at the door.
