Smiles Program...The Mobile Dentists, will host a
free dental clinic for music professionals*

Eligible patients will receive a complete dental
exam, bitewing X-rays and a dental
cleaning free of charge

The clinic will take place
Wednesday, December 3, 2014
9:30AM - 4:30PM

All appointments must be scheduled in advance
