About our Hosts: This is our first time at All Saints’ Parish Hall and we hope to make a good connection for possible future events. They permit wine and beer only, as is our tradition for our monthly gatherings. They are concerned about the use of alcohol; in our contract we are responsible for each other, so please drive responsibly and use designated drivers. There is a classroom/’Green’ room, kitchen for heating, refrigerating, serving. By 10;30 we start to clean up, arrange rooms the way we found them, and leave no footprint
The December Monthly Gathering is our Annual Holiday Celebration where we collectively create a Dinner Feast, mingle with friends and make new ones. For this special holiday gathering, we get a sneak preview of the songs to be included in the Winter Solstice Show!
Cost is Your Contribution to our Feast and to the “Pig” to help defray costs.
About the Feast: Your Contributions will create our feast, so it will be as good as we make it.
