Tribes Hill Annual Meeting and Hootenany
Greetings kindred folk,
Please join us at our Annual Business Meeting and Hootenany Saturday June 6, at Hammond House.
10:30 AM Set-up begins.
1:00-5:00 Open Mic
3:15-4:00 Dinner Preparations
4:00 Pot-Luck Dinner
5:00 Business Meeting
6:00 The YaYa's and Tribes Hill Songbook Performances
8:00 Song Circle and Campfire, weather permitting.
Membership dues are $15.00 for an individual and $25.00 for a band, duo, or family and are required for admittance to the meeting. If you are not attending please renew your 2009/2010 membership dues at this time.
Bring something to contribute to the pot-luck. We will provide burgers, veggie, turkey and beef, hot dogs, paperware and cutlery, water, and lemonade.
Please BYOB and bring something to drink from, a cup or a mug, something we don't have to throw away. If it is a really hot day bring a cooler and a bag of ice.
We are looking for volunteers for membership, food, set-up, and breakdown. Reply if interested. We will also be looking for volunteers the day of the meeting.
Let us know if you are interested in being on the Executive Board. If you are a Board member and are interested in serving as, President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer please let us know. Our Board is elected by our members and our Officers are selected by our Board.
